They accidentally sent me their email thread where they were calling me names for politely asking questions about a run-down property they’re trying to rent out. Not very professional at all.
Lindsay Brown was a great real estate agent to work with from a buyer’s point of view. He was open and efficient with his work and followed up on questions asked. He displayed a wide knowledge of the area he was selling and offered reliable and insightful information. He showed genuine care with his communication and interactions and, when the property was sold, completed the process professionally.
Professional, intelligent, and trustworthy. I would absolutely recommend Lindsay’s services to my friends and family. As a young woman buying a property alone, many other real estate agents overlooked and disregarded me - Lindsay was the absolute exception. He took me seriously and was always happy to explain the process to me without being condescending. His communication style was informative without being pushy. I felt that I could trust his advice throughout the process and I remain satisfied with the outcome.
Excellent service. Very professional. KPR were the management/letting agency for approximately 10years during which time both Alexandra and Lindsay were great to deal with. On deciding to sell the apartment I had no hesitation in appointing them as selling agents. The sale process was very professional and the property was sold within a few weeks of listing at the price we were very happy with.
