DIABOLICAL KPRE managed my 3 Bed apartment as a holiday rental. Over the Xmas period 2024, one of the tenants broke the ensuite shower glass door. I was notified (late) and asked them to recoup costs from the tenant. Nothing was forthcoming. I also asked for the door to be fixed. Nothing happened. I followed up multiple times.
