My experience has been much than expected. I needed two separate repairs over a week interval. The skill and care taken was the best I have ever observed. On top of that, her ability to relate with polite conversation made my experience the absolute best. Customer service is absolutely the way I judge a business. I cannot fault the way the operator went about her tasks. Super job and highly recommended.

If I could give them less than one star I would! They are ok to take your money but not ok to help you if you need any help after that! Last week I got a screen protector put on by them and I specifically said to the lady that she's putting it over the front lens of my camera! She told me that it wouldn't make any difference! When I got home my camera had white light streaks in the photos because she had put the plastic protector over the camera lens! I had to remove it to clean the lens! Now they are trying to say! That I started off by swearing at them today which is a lie! I politely approached the lady and politely explained how my camera wasn't working since she put the protector on and how I had to take it off to clean my camera lens! I also specifically said when she was putting on the protector the week before that I was concerned that the protector didn't have a hole for the camera lens!
