Tried the Fuego Hot sauce and Vindaloo Paste, they looked nice from the outside but both were nothing like I expected when using them. Hot sausage super oily and vindaloo tasted nothing like vindaloo. Balance of ingredients felt really off

We asked Kate for a customised 'wondering' menu that reflected our culture and personalities. We didn't want the traditional sit down or cocktail standard package.
