거기 환자 아님 안된다고...쌍스런 말투에 교육이라곤 얻다 팔아먹었는지 아픈사람한테 그렇게밖에 말 못하나 전화받는일이 뭐 그리 대단한 일이라고 개 불친절 !!

와우 영어 못하시는 한국 어르신들 참 불쌍하다... 일처리 늦게하는건 기본. 가정교육 못받았는지 말투도 어디서 그렇게 쌍스러울수가... 의사선생님이랑 NP분은 참 친절한데... 프론트가 엉망인건 아시는걸까... 안타깝다. 밑에 일못하는 사람들땜에 평판 바닥친다는거 아셔야됄텐데...
