Great doctor, I would say for bedside manner! But just doesn't hit all the checks for me! Listen to your Patients when they tell you something's working instead of Switching up meds That would literally have them coma toast! Ochsner really needs a better system for when it comes to prescribing medications & Addressing the problem at hand! Also told me I need to find another doctor Without any referral pretty much left me on my own To find Care!

Met doctor for first time so he could be my primary care physician. We had very good conversations with him taking an interest in what was said. Impressed that he had read my medical records before seeing me. Helped set up mammogram and other physician appointments. Looking forward to working with him and his staff.

First visit with Doctor Tsai, easy to talk to. Took the time to address all my concerns and questions. I feel comfortable talking to him. He will be my primary doctor.
