The receptionists at Dr McNeils office were very rude and unprofessional. They didn't do their due diligence to find out what insurance I had and failed to tell me they don't take my kind of medicaid when I was already there for my scheduled appointment. They expected me to pay $100 to be seen all because they didn't bother asking what insurance I had when scheduling the appointment. They also had a whole other patients name listed under my appointment time.
Dr McNeil is the master of infectious diseases. He's worked on zika and even Corona, to say the least! The master is in the house. :-)
