KAN Fitness is the BEST studio on Cape Cod! Kathy is different from all the other trainers/instructors I’ve worked with. She’s dedicated and genuinely cares about each of her members. Her enthusiasm is infectious, and she challenges each you to be the best version of yourself.
Kathy is wonderful and pushes you just enough so that you reach your goals safely!!!
