Was happy they could pick my bike up and trailer it to their shop. Wasn't happy about them holding the bike hostage while their understaffed service department left me hanging for 10 days on what should have been a two day turnaround.
Absolutely wonderful experience, we shall return!
First time in their new location in the NE and it’s a beautiful, clean, well laid out place! Hailey was awesome and made sure I felt welcome, even though it was 10 minutes before closing. Great to see Tim & Kevin still here holding it down! Great selection of merchandise and some local brands that I love to support! Be sure to come in and check it out and see their products, inventory and nice service department! Thankfully, a nice place that’s actually open on Sunday! Ride Safe! 🤙🏾
Just brutal. Go in to pick up a simple parts order. Appears to be way more staff than customers and they are all happy and having fun ...with each other. Not possible to get to what I think is the parts desk because crowded with staff conducting parts orders by committee. Shopped the entire store and the museum and not a single acknowledgment or greeting and back to parts desk again for 3rd wait and decided its futile. Gave up and went down road 5 minutes to calgary harley and got my parts in 5 minutes. Never will I go back ... read more
