If I could rate this a zero, I gladly would. From the moment I walked in, I expected to be politely asked if I needed help—the way they do at other furniture stores. I don't know if the man I encountered was the owner or held some other position, but before I could even finish asking my question, he told me to "keep going straight to the back"—without even knowing what I wanted to ask.
