I had a wonderful experience shopping at Kane's. Jim helped me to furnish my entire house. His exceptional customer service will have me going back to Kane's every time I need a piece of furniture. Great quality and amazing customer service are rare these days. I highly recommend buying your furniture from this store, and Jim will take care of you.

We bought two recliners We went to pick them up. WE got home surprise surprise two different recliners one that we had never seen. Then we had to take them back We went ahead and took the right one home after asking if it had all the power cords with it. Oh yes they are under the chair. of course they didn't check. We got home no power cord. We called no problem we will have it mailed in three days We are still waiting after one full wee. We call and get no answer to our problem. DO NOT BUY YOUR FURNITURE AT THIS STORE. THEY CHARGE YOU $50 FOR DELIVERY AND IF BY CHANCE YOU DO NOT LIKE WHAT IS DELIVERED, THEY CHARGE YOU $50 TO COME PICK IT UP. ON TOP OF THAT THE DO NOT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK SO YOU HAVE TO PICK OUT SOMETHING ELSE AND GUESS WHAT? YOU ARE CHARGED A...G....A...I....N ($50) TO HAVE SOMETHING ELSE DELIVERED. MY SUGGESTION IS THAT YOU HAVE NUMEROUS FURNITURE STORES TO SHOP OTHER THAN KANES.

As opposed to the previous reviewer, so far, I have found this furniture store in North Naples to be outstanding. Not high pressure sale. Was able to take my time to evaluate different mattresses. Bed and mattress both available for next day delivery but I didn't need to take delivery right away. Was given the option to call whenever convenient for me to schedule delivery. Pleased so far. But will see how the rest of the process goes.

Purchased a special order sofa and loveseat for $1700 and was told 6 weeks but could take up to eight weeks. We wanted it sooner but we were ok to wait. After 9 weeks we called and they said that it still wasn't in and could be another month. That was ridiculous and we said we wanted our money back. We were told we could but it would take another 10 days to get or money back. I wasn't going to wait that long so I went to the store. Horrible. Like previous posters, had an awful experience with their "leather" recliner, outer layer of leather has peeled off after less than 2 yrs of use. Their "lifetime guarantee" is a sham. I would never go back

Guarantee for life is a lie. If you are okay with it lasting for 3 months and like to buy new furniture all the time I highly recommended them. If you are looking for a sofa that will last you at least 10 years and goes out of style first shop else where.

Never ever ever will I come here again... I bought my 2 sofas on special... A month later still haven't got it...They decided to sell my furniture that was scheduled for pickup later this month and bumped it back another 3 weeks... Unreal....

I would not give a store a bad rep.over the manager being rude he may have been over stressed we are human I am going to use kanes for all my furniture they have excellent quality.in shipping things get broken and im sure they made it good thats what counts.
