We went to the Melbourne store and met with salesperson Martin Schulman.as were in the market for furniture. Kanes as always has a great selection of furniture and there was so much to see. Martin Schulman Took a great amount of time to lead us to the furniture we needed. He seemed very concerned about fulfilling our furniture needs and showed us some really nice furniture at a great price! Zero Customer Service. Told me three times, "we will call you", but never did. They gave me a July 2nd, 2:30-6pm, delivery window. With no courtesy phone call, they showed up at 7:28pm and of course, we were no longer home. July 3rd, I called them at 10am the next day and was told it would be another week for delivery. Very cheap furniture and they do not stand behind the lifetime guarantee!!! Very, very unhappy do not buy here!!!
I wrote an earlier review about a rocker recliner that the leather was peeling off of. We kept that leather moisturized and now our sofa is doing the same thing. It is less than 3 years old and we have to dispose of it and buy a new sofa. My husband is ill and the last thing we can afford to do is replace a sofa every three years. Never again. Feel like dumping the sofa on their doorstep so others can see how bad it is.
We have been buying furniture from Kane's since 1961 and have never had Anything but great experiences with the store, the furniture, and the sales personnel. They have a very large variety of quality furniture, and when I am in the market for any kind of furniture at all, Kane's is and has always been my first stop.
serious，the delivery server was horrble,,3 times they sent me a table which i bouht with damaged,i just moved here,that makes me feld so sad.

DONT DO IT. MY 3K LEATHER SECTIONAL FELL APART AFTER 2 YEARS. MICHELLE AT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. STATED SHE COULDNT DO ANYTHING WITH ATTITUDE AFTER WAITING 20MIN. AFTER CONTACTING CORPORATE AND RECIEVED A CREDIT SHE ONCE AGAIN SCREWED UP OUR ORDER MAKING US WAIT AT THE WAREHOUSE FOR 2 HOURS AND GIVING US A 200$ credit. Dont make the same mistake
