I ordered a gas cap for an older Ford tractor. It was advertised to fit the year and model of my tractor. The gas cap was very difficult to put on the tractor and once on would immediately come loose. This was not the fault of the parts person at the dealership but the fault of whoever placed the description of the gas cap on line. I took the gas cap back to the dealership and they reimbursed my payment and allowed me to order a different gas cap.
Very knowledgeable on the work being done and explaining why this should be fixed or when in the future it would need to be fixed
