Courteous staff and well trained for my needs.Mostly I appreciate being able to talk to a person when I call. The competitors have an answering system as bad as KU Med Center. I have been hung up on so many times by their automated system I won’t go there again.
The only complaint is when you receive the text that your parts are in you need to specify which location. I deal with 3 stores and at times have parts ordered from at least 2.
