Took my Breville Barista Express to Kanen Coffee for a fix on the seal during extraction—super happy with the whole experience. They were great about communicating what was going on, what it would cost, and when it’d be ready. Pick-up was easy and friendly. Highly recommend if you need solid espresso machine repairs and good service all around.
We had a great experience with Kanen Coffee. We arrived early for our service appointment, but the helped us anyway. They got a repair estimate back to us within a couple days. We will return there when we purchase a new espresso machine.
The best and only place to take your coffee machine for repair. They are so nice and knowledgeable. I was happy to repair it instead of buying a new one. Easy drive up to drop and pick up your machine.
Great repair work on my 14 year old Quickmill Andrea Premuim. Running like it is brand new again. Detailed work and awesome customer service. Happy to have them work on my machine.
Excellent level of attention to our older and much-used Pavoni espresso machine! The care and attention transformed the machine by overhauling the old gaskets and leaks from a loose base, putting our treasured kitchen item into excellent working order. And it makes fantastic espresso again!!!
