I had my first shots this am with my fully retooled espresso machine and I'm excited to have her back in action. I'll need to experiment with things as the flow is so much more than even when things were still working for me (which shows that the pump and plumbing was degrading over time), but should be all good as I adjust my inputs. I want to leave a review for Kanen Coffee LLC because they truly deserve it. After searching in several places without success, I found Kanen and decided to bring them my espresso machine. From the moment I arrived, I could see they are a very busy shop, with many machines being worked on. Even so, they had the kindness to take in my machine and work on it, which already says a lot about their work ethic and willingness to help. I just went there to see in-person the Lelit machines (among others). I was able to touch them and feel its construction. The guys there are well knowledgeable about all of them and will give you proper recommendations. Unfortunately they are not currently shipping abroad. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend.

I found Kanen Coffee to be incredibly helpful. I was interested in buying a new espresso machine, which is a big investment. After researching models online, I was hesitant to buy a new machine to have delivered to me in case it could be damaged en-route to my home. Enter Kanen Coffee. A very well run, professional shop for repairing espresso machines. But very very expensive. I had a problem with the bean grinder on my Breville espresso pro machine and they quoted me hundreds of dollars more than it would cost to just buy a brand new machine from Breville so I had to turn it down. I found the necessary part for 1/3 their invoiced cost and did the repair work myself.
