Bought a centre lift stand. Does it work, well yes, but not out of the box, and not properly. It didn't come with instructions, Phil talked me through setting it up. It stopped working smoothly, Phil saw the video, agreed it was not working properly, and was initially interested, but quickly got bored with me. His fix was to have me set up the stand no less than 6 times in different positions even though he said that my set-up was very good! Email was too slow so I decided to call them up in person for a quicker service. Phil was really helpful and fun to talk to. I bought a kit of frame sliders for my 2006 ZX-10R and was very happy with the quality and shipping of product.
I purchased some sliders for my ninja. After I placed the order I was notified they were on holidays, so it took longer then usual, although polite and respectful. Finally the parts came without instructions, so I called them and after a few days phill was able to help me and sent through some basic photos no guide. Fitting the sliders was easy but the bolts were different lengths and none were long enough for the threads which resulted in breaking off after just one drop.

Literally the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Do yourself a massive favour and buy from anybody else.
