I purchased some sliders for my ninja. After I placed the order I was notified they were on holidays, so it took longer then usual, although polite and respectful. Finally the parts came without instructions, so I called them and after a few days phill was able to help me and sent through some basic photos no guide. Fitting the sliders was easy but the bolts were different lengths and none were long enough for the threads which resulted in breaking off after just one drop.

Literally the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Do yourself a massive favour and buy from anybody else.
I've bought a couple of stands from Phil, and they are top quality. Phil is a very knowledgeable engineer. He really knows his stuff, and not only that, his customer service is amazing. He is very generous with his time and assistance. Highly recommend.
