My experience with the leasing process at Kaneff Keystone was extremely disappointing, largely due to the conduct of their residential leasing specialist, Emmanuel. From the start, communication was poor — emails were either ignored or met with vague, unhelpful replies. Terrible builder to work with. They had a mice infestation that then led to people seeing them in their units and all they said was to bad live in it while we place a few traps, worst part I see construction workers leaving their half eaten shawarmas all over which didn’t help stop the rodent issue. Units are constructed poorly as you see from other reviews and also extremely high occupancy fees. Heating is another major issue with this condo as units never heat up. Similar story to the others on this google review page. Took occupancy for many months now, and have been incurring out of market interest costs waiting on final closing. My property is underwater compared to where mortgage rates are by a lot. Buyer beware when dealing with Kaneff projects.
took the occupancy last Oct, less than 6 month ago, haven't moved in yet and the mirror in the washroom fell down and shattered into pieces! The glue that holds the mirror to the wall looks like chewing gum, The builder said it was not their fault and responsibility, then whose responsibility it is?!
