Employees are poorly trained on rules defined in RTA. Hell to deal with and manipulatively retrieve acknowledgements from tenants not knowing their rights fully. Do luve as a tenant under them.

Sadly, Kaneff has become the management for the building I reside in, and somehow their practices are worse than the previous management company. The building is dirtier than ever, and they are slow to address repetitive, ongoing issues.
