I live in one of the Kaneff buildings in Mississauga and saw a notice for a Resident Appreciation event, so I went with my family. They had coffee, drinks, and donuts, which was great but what really impressed me was the property manager Narcisa Muharemi.She was talking to everyone, gave out her card, and asked how our buildings were doing. Recently contacted Kaneff to inquire about residency. Emmanuel was helpful showing us available units and answered questions promptly. He was also very accommodating with viewing the units and very thorough in his explanations
Residential department were the best
I went to an event today, and it honestly made me so happy. It’s nice to see the landlord doing something special for residents no matter how small or big, it’s the thought that counts.I spoke with Narcisa Muharemi, the property manager, and she was amazing. Emmanuel was a pleasure to work with. He was very accommodating— flexible with his schedule and let us revisit units when needed, which really helped us feel confident in our decision. He was also easy to get a hold of and responsive throughout the process, making everything much smoother. Thanks to his help, we secured a great unit, and we’re really happy with how everything turned out. We'd definitely recommend working with him!
