These people are untrustworthy at best. They contract out labor to small mom and pop companies like our family HVAC business. When they see the business is coming to an end with their subs they leave them high and dry. I would never recommend a company who robs other small business owners who are just trying to support their families and make an honest living.
KaneCo did a fairly large and involved renovation project for me. They were very pleasant to work with. They did high quality work within tough time and budget restrains. The project management and communication were impressive relative to other contractors’. I would gladly hire them again.
We had a fantastic experience with Bram and his entire team for our huge kitchen, sunporch, basement, laundry and living room remodel. It was a big complicated job and they were extremely responsive, did a beautiful job, and were lovely to work with. Very kind people. Would definitely recommend them for any home remodeling project.

I spoke with many many contractors and got quotes from 6-8 before deciding to partner with Kane Co last year. They built a DADU (3 car garage with apartment above) for me in east nashville. I knew the project would be big and also oversight by historic. Bram Kane is the best communicator with his clients as I’ve ever seen in any business.
