Rude Staff and rude superiors.
Getting loaded is very slow
Got docked at 140pm and was loaded at 730. The rovers on the yard were pretty nice and friendly but the heavy set red head in guard shack is hateful!!! Her SUV parked right next to guard shack even has her front license plate calling herself a b**** ......she was yelling and screaming at us because we drove past the guard shack without stopping, when we went to check on our trailer.
