Unorganized and never calls back with test results! When trying to follow up with them they require an appointment every time for every reason! I was promised to call back by the nurse practitioner there three times and never heard back! It's been a week this third time and I'm still waiting! Very unreliable!
So thorough and the best bedside manner. NP Kane explained everything he was going to do before he did it and explained the results after. His staff was awesome too.
