I was very pleased with my recent visit with Nurse Practitioner Shavonne Hill at Kane Hall Barry Neurology in Mansfield. I found Shavonne to be professional, courteous, and competent, as was her medical assistant. Shavonne addressed my concerns, answered my questions, and set a plan of action on improving my medical issues impacting my neurological health.

Remarkably on time for a neurologist's office. She listens well, is articulate, and explains medical issues with clarity. She is also very patient. To her credit, I only wish there was something she could do or direct from her office. I'm not crazy about working with another specialist in another office.

I had an appointment today with Shavonne Hill. Unfortunately, I have never had an experience quite like this one; I left the office and just cried in my car. Shavonne Hill exhibited horrible bedside manner, lacked empathy, and treated me as though I did not deserve any dignity. Both before and after the testing, she failed to explain anything and chose to remain completely mute instead of communicating with me.
