I had an appointment today with Shavonne Hill. Unfortunately, I have never had an experience quite like this one; I left the office and just cried in my car. Shavonne Hill exhibited horrible bedside manner, lacked empathy, and treated me as though I did not deserve any dignity. Both before and after the testing, she failed to explain anything and chose to remain completely mute instead of communicating with me. I found Shavonne to be a great listener, detail oriented and problem solver. Very friendly and professional. Everyone that represents Kane Hall Barry is a 5 star in my book. I would HIGHLY recommend them!
