I was very pleased although, not at all surprised with the thorough way with which Dr. Nariv Shah conducted my first consultation. He had been recommended to me by a trusted friend whose father was experiencing the same issues that I was having. There is NO service or coordination between Dr Ansari's staff to do follow up on EMG test results and the scheduling office. They had me for a follow up 90 days in the future so I had a virtual visit scheduled and the scheduling office sent me forms to sign 1 hour prior to the visit. I had problems with the electronic part due to my problem with my hands. I called the office and was told if I could not sign the forms, we could not have the visit. My husband scheduled an appointment with this office. They told us about our copay amount and we told them we'd have to reschedule because we couldn't afford the copay at that time. So they decided to charge us for a missed appointment instead. We refused to pay that since we told them ahead of time and they sent us to collections. I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone because of their shady billing practices. Thankfully my husband is now being seen by an amazing neurologist Dr. McHenry. This was my first appointment with them and it was so wonderful!! Everyone was very friendly, helpful and nice. Dr. Ansari was so nice and I was very pleased with how he treated me, answering my questions, acknowledging my concerns and now moving forward with a plan. I am so grateful for my Primary care physician referring me to this clinic.
