I wasn't going to write a review; however, one of my Dr's said I should to make other patients aware. I have never been treated so bad as I have with Shivon Hill. 1st & 2nd visit good. 3rd visit, no compassion,never looked at me, never smiled. I was told I was only allowed to talk about current conditions. I have bad headaches, dizziness unbalanced, numbness in feet and hands. She did a few tests, they came out ok. The front desk worker was very polite,sweet n always smiling. Then one who called me back was also very polite n sweet. The doctor was nice and explained everything to me so I can understand. I am sorry that I couldn't remember the names. But everyone was polite.
It is always pleasant seeing Dr. Wu and his MA. They have the BEST bedside manners and answers ALL your questions with patience and kindness. The receptionist is very professional and works efficiently and quickly with the best welcoming smile. Great Doctors office.
Excellent visit from start to finish. Check in was simple and seamless. Wait time was short. The receptionist and the MA were great people and made us feel welcomed. I apologize I am terrible with names. Dr. Wu was very thorough and easy to talk to. They provided written documentation of the visit complete with notes same day. As far as Dr. appointments go, this was a great one. We were in and out in an hour.
Do not use this company to do a sleep study for sleep. Apnea. Terrible service makes this a long drawn out procedure. I would think you would be able to find a better company that's more punctual to try to help you get a CPAP machine. Do not waste your time with this company.
