The staff are always very nice. The office is very clean and comforting never a long wait to be seen. Dr Wu is always very professional and easy to talk with. I have never felt like I was dismissed or my concerns weren't taken serious. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs a neuroligist.
Shavonne Hill, NP failed to renew an antipsychotic prescription, despite repeated calls and messages via the patient portal, led to the patient's abrupt cessation of the medication. This drug was prescribed to manage aggression stemming from a diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease. The sudden withdrawal of the medication coincided with the patient experiencing a fall for the first time. I wasn't going to write a review; however, one of my Dr's said I should to make other patients aware. I have never been treated so bad as I have with Shivon Hill. 1st & 2nd visit good. 3rd visit, no compassion,never looked at me, never smiled. I was told I was only allowed to talk about current conditions. I have bad headaches, dizziness unbalanced, numbness in feet and hands. She did a few tests, they came out ok. Terrible practice here. Overcharged on treatment causing me to have a balance even after I already paid an upfront charge. Basically I got charged twice even with my health insurrace. I don't recommend going here.
The technician walk me through the procedure that she did on me. And the Doctor was nice and he explained his procedure. Greatness from both.
