I’ve been seeing Dr. Kane since my previous GYN passed away, and I’m grateful to have found her. She’s kind, caring, and really listens to my concerns. Even though the exam sometimes feels a little quick, she’s thorough and makes sure everything is addressed. I did have a billing issue after my annual visit last year, which was disappointing, but my recent visit went much more smoothly, and I’m hoping everything with the billing is resolved this time. This was my second time visiting this provider for a wellness visit. The front office staff and assistants are wonderful, but the provider seems cold. I thought their policy was unusual, I couldn't ask questions about new conditions because I would be charged more or make a separate visit & pay a copay. I never experienced this before only at this provider's office. So many of my questions/concerns went unanswered. Dr Kane is comfortable and professional. She never makes me feel rushed. She takes the time to ask how I'm doing and to listen attentively to any medical questions or thoughts I share. She explains things thoroughly and with confidence and care. I'm grateful to continue to have Dr Kane as my doctor.
I absolutely love Dr. Kane. She listens, then answers with honesty and kindness in terms I understand. The office staff is very pleasant.
