I am a new patient of Dr. Kane, and I was very pleased with my visit. The staff is very professional and pleasant, as well as Dr. Kane. She listened as I described my issues, and didn't rush me at all. An overall great experience, and I'm glad I was referred to her office.
Terrible bed side manner and terrible staff. They sent a medical letter with my medical information to the wrong address. Never updated their system to show they terminated me as a patient. They let me make the appointment, pay the co pay, check in and then told me they terminated me as a patient years ago! I was never informed. And of course I haven't received my co pay refund! Like I said, terrible!
Dr. Kane is professional and she really cares about her patients.
