Excellent experience. I ordered yesterday. Delivered this morning. Shout out to Tim. He contacted me to let me know he would be on his way, within a half an hour to deliver. He kindly carried the grass seed and straw mat into the garage. Tim also took the time to help me secure my tarp on this windy day. We have purchased from KCLM in the past, and will definitely continue to support this small company.
I bought 4 cubic yards of chocolate dyed mulch and it was very high quality! Way better than anything you can get at the home stores in bags. They delivered it right to my driveway, my yard looks great! No big chunks of wood like you get in the little bags.

I needed some gravel for a parking space along side my driveway so I called these guys to deliver it. I don’t know much about gravel so I might have ordered the wrong stuff because what I got didn’t look like what I was expecting and I didn’t think it would work for parking and driving on. I complained about it and I got a call back from Abby who runs the show over there right away. She worked with me to get it fixed the very next day and at no extra charge.
