I received amazing care here. I came off the Arizona Trail with a broken humerus to this ER via ambulance (Also ambulance staff was fantastic). The nurse was so kind, knowledgeable and kept me updated. I wish I got her name. She had henna-like tattoos on her left hand/arm. She really listened to me. The doctor (Dr Swenson) was attentive, caring and kept me updated on timing. He’s one of those people who was born to be a doctor! I've had to have some emergency stitches twice at Kanab ER and they are always great. Down to earth and efficient. Bowman always has a calming effect.

Had a couple instances of bad luck with our toddlers while camping in this area for a few days - our youngest fell and cut the back of his head and needed staples, then 36 hours later we were back because our daughter spiked a 105.9 fever and was vomiting. In both cases, the staff members (doctors, nurses, and every other person we encountered) were beyond friendly, accommodating, and efficient. They were thorough and caring. We had our baby here, and everyone was so good to us! All the nurses made sure we were taken care of in those critical moments. And Dr. Bowman was fantastic! When the decision for c-section was made, everyone snapped into action, and within an hour, our baby was here! I'm so grateful for all the help and care that was given! Made a world of difference to my wife and I.
