Had a leaking half moon window and Jim came over to figure out what was needed. He removed my vinyl siding and proceeded to replace and tape around the window. Replaced vinyl siding and went on his way after i paid him for his time thinking it was fixed . Very light winter until a big wind and rain indicating his repair was not the fix needed.Finally 11 months goes by and a major storm hit and the same area began to leak badly.Came over to check it out , now tells me its my main window and will not apply the money i paid him... read more
