Kandy has great energy and customer service skills! She finished my hair in record time!
I got my hair done by kandy and I payed $270 dollars and the hair started to come out after 3 days. I called kandy and sent her the pictures of my hair and she told me that I shouldn't have put my scalp oil on it. She also said she was booked for the time and won't be able to get to me until the next week which at that point almost all the hairs have fallen out so I ask her to redo it and all she said is she can give me $50 dollars off next time when I come to get my hair done. I’ve been getting my braids done here for years! 10/10 recommend, I am happy with my service everytime. They are all gentle and not heavy handed which is a plus for me.
I received my crotchet style 10 days ago and my hair looks as if it’s 3 months old do not go there for any style
