Dr Kandle made me repeat a phychologically destructive phrase about my core issue. "Say it after me" he insisted. Say it again! I complied. Again!! "YOUR NOT GETTING IT, SAY IT AGAIN!!!" AGAIN!!! THIS INGRAINED A NEGATIVE TAPE! Therapy is supposed to be a safe place. No therapist should berate, shame or act in such an unproffessional way . I'VE had to go through long and expensive therapy, including EMDR to deal with the TRAUMA caused by my sessions with dr. Kandle .
Kandle has been a light in my life and continues to be. In recognition of my inner child and my inner judge, I handle life differently. I am in charge and I know how to keep the child and judge happy and silent. Tools for life. I am so thankful to Kandle !
Kandle turned what may have been a helpful suggestion into a traumatic episode. Instead of explaining himself in a calm and profesional manner he instead made me repeat a Toxic phrase involving the core issue I was seeing him about . "REPEAT AFTER ME!! SAY IT AGAIN!! AGAIN!!
