Kandice has helped us sell 3 of our homes (and a rental) and each time she has been professional, knowledge about the home, neighborhoods and builders. She has become family at this point and we cannot see ourselves using anyone else (although we do hope this is our last move)! Kandice was an incredible partner in selling my recently deceased Father's home. She was professional, kind, supportive and really went above and beyond.
