I had a wonderful experience with Angel. She was quick and efficient. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting boho knotless. I will be back.
Very unprofessional and unorganized establishment. I waited 3+ hours even though I had an appointment (12:30). When I thought it was my turn they ended up telling me that only certain people do the style I wanted (miracle knots). I ended up staying the 3+ hours because I have an important event coming up that I needed my hair done for. Though they did a good job, the wait was unacceptable. I honestly hate that I even have to rewrite this review as a loyal customer. I've been coming to Kande for years despite having several disappointing experiences. I was disrespected by one of the braiders, wasn't happy with multiple hairstyles over the years, and each time I communicated my concerns directly with the owner. **One of the worst hair experiences I have ever had…** I scheduled my appointment for Sunday at 7:00 AM. The stylist did not arrive until after 8:30 AM. Once she arrived, she asked what style I wanted, then walked away to go find hair. I explained that I did not want the braids too big and preferred a smedium size. Kande obviously has too much business.. booked an appointment personally with her got there on time. She was not there one of the ladies offered to call her . I sat waiting and thought let me ask what she said. … oh she said she will be here in two hours ?????!!!!!! No apology. And was shocked that I didn’t want to wait.
