Called in to make an appointment for a 3d scan. However the office wants to charge me a separate fee for a consultion and additional tests that i do not want to do. My dentist is willing to provide a referral for a 3d scan however, after speaking with this office they aren't allowing just a scan, they would like me to pay a separate fee for a consultation and additional tests. Dr. Hopfinger (Yee) is fantastic. She is very kind and talked me through the entire procedure so I knew what was happening. She’s also gentle and patient. I’ve been to this practice a few times and have always had a good experience.
Dr. Yee did my root canal, with no pain during the procedure and very little discomfort the next day, nothing a few Tylenol cant fix. She even called me that evening to check up on me! Every dentist needs to take lessons from her!
As a person who has tremendous fear of the dentist, my experience with Dr. Lee was profoundly peaceful and painless. I so very much appreciate her continual reassurance and guidance as she completed my root canal. She the best of the best. Her staff was also very kind and endearing. Amazing experience overall.
Dr. Yee is wonderful. She explained everything she did before she did it and again as she was doing it. She administered anesthesia in an almost totally pain free manner. She didn't ask me questions requiring an oral answer while my mouth was propped open. And, best of all, she never hurt me. No bruising, no pain after the anesthesia wore off, and no problem the next day.
