They partially rebuilt the carburetor for $60. Upon getting it home only to find out that it will not start unless you pull the spark plug and put gas in the cylinder because he didn't repair the primer. After 2 hours of use the bolts fell out of the carburetor and now he says he doesn't have any bolts to replace them....to do it myself. Edit...... It is untrue that the mower was repaired properly.
