I hate to leave one star reviews but unfortunately this place deserved it. My friend and I visited Kanbu a few weeks ago for a quick lunch. It took us around 10 minutes to be seated although there was only one occupied table in the restaurant, but that was no big deal. We were seated and given menus, and waited around another 10 minutes to receive waters & have our order taken. Amazing. Simply amazing. The sushi was so good, especially the homemade wine sauce that was on one of the rolls! The server and manager were very friendly and made the experience pleasant.
Spicy seafood Ramen was absolutely the worst Ramen I ever had.The noodles taste scorched broth bland,seafood over boiled,even put saracha in it and that didn’t help. Had the udon noodle bowl it was terrible and the fish for the rolls was soggy. Waste of hard earned money!
