In the years I have known this company, its like their motto is - "quality care". Although they are in business to provide care and services they seem to really desire to do the job consistently well.
My uncle (Herbert Sanders) had been dealing with Kanawha for 6yrs. Once he passed on and Kanawha was notify,it's like they stop caring.No card,phone calls,flowers or no goodbyes.The only good thing that can out of the whole thing was the nurse they sent out to care for my uncle.It'slike they stop caring once the patients die.
