I absolutely love this vet. Thry are now MY vet! I was going to Perry's over in Belle. They lack empathy, they're rude, and the phone's always busy. I called Kanawha City Veterinary Hospital and they helped me in a flash, no questions asked! I do rescue and had an emergency and they got me right in! I'll forever be grateful to this animal hospital! Great team, very kind & empathetic. I love these guys, I'd give more stars if i could!

I wish I could give negative stars to this place. They are RUDE!!!! Receptionist needs fired. The staff yell at customers, yell at kids, and vet even yelled at my cat. $700 to say yep the cat has fleas. It's a stray, DUUUH! Don't go here if you love your animal because they are abusive to people and pets. Calling better business bureau and getting a whole lot more professional services elsewhere for 90% less. Vet must have printed her diploma from Google templates. Disgraceful business.
I just called this veterinary clinic. I let them know I have a stray cat that is in need of medical care. this cat looks very sick and looks like it had a very rough life. I would like to keep this cat, This young cat needs a home. before I could ask any questions I was told that I had to have $500 up front. If and that did not take care of immunizations or very basic needs, that a cat would need from a vet. It was just to look at the cat and maybe do some blood work, such as checking for parasites.
