It would be ZERO star I could. I had my tires changed at this location—removal of old tires, installation of new ones, and balancing—due to a manufacturer warranty claim. This shop was appointed by the manufacturer, but unfortunately, the experience turned out to be disappointing. Before the service, I explicitly asked the front desk staff to ensure the technician handled the rims with care, as my car was only a month old. I dropped off my vehicle on a Wednesday and retrieved it the following Wednesday—a one-week turnaround, including a holiday Monday delay.
