Amazing service! We arrived at 2:45 PM on a Saturday, just 15 minutes before closing, with a slow leak in our tire and hoping it could be patched. The person assisting us was incredibly kind — he took our keys, had us sign in, and let us know he had three guys working on it right away. In less than five minutes, everything was taken care of. Honestly, this was the best service I’ve ever experienced. Thank you so much for taking care of us, especially so close to closing time. Truly appreciated!

It would be ZERO star I could. I had my tires changed at this location—removal of old tires, installation of new ones, and balancing—due to a manufacturer warranty claim. This shop was appointed by the manufacturer, but unfortunately, the experience turned out to be disappointing. Before the service, I explicitly asked the front desk staff to ensure the technician handled the rims with care, as my car was only a month old.
