We are not accepting new patients or maintaining a waitlist at this time. Our Urgent care/Walk-in is only available to patients with a family doctor at this location. If your family doctor works at our office please call 613-599-5599 at 8:30am Monday -Friday, 3:30pm Monday-Thursday or 9:00am Saturday to book an appointment. The Doctors are great but it takes bout 50 calls to actually get through to the reception. I spend almost 4 hours just trying to get through to them only to be told there is no one available to answer my calls and then it hangs up. Its very frustrating I have never had issues calling like this with other clinics. Great clinic. Clean, good location. All staff, nurses and my doctor are always friendly and helpful and caring towards everyone. I haven't needed the urgent care side of the clinic thankfully, so I can't speak on that. Non-urgent appointments are a few months out but this is not the clinics fault and they do what they can with the types of challenges the health care industry is facing these days.
This is not a walk in clinic it needs appointment for existing refustered patients only. Not for new ones. Pls don't follow their signs. They are misleading. And advice you to check imsick.ca for walk in clinics. And they advertise as walk in family clinic.
