Dr Nora Ceapchi is phenomenal! Best Dr I've ever had. Listens and actually does something to help. The whole medical centre is great, taking over for any Dr not available and has great walk-in availability both during the day as well as nights
Update!!! The following may have changed again. Possibly back to semi normal, will check next visit. Warning!!!! New walk-in system. Apparently online. Would have been nice to know before wasting now $$$ gas. Got there at 8:30 as normal. Then get told to come back at 9:45. So not a walk-in anymore. Rename it to book-in appointments. The staff is great though. But little things like this with no notice makes for bad business.
I’ve had consistently great care at Kanata North Medical Centre. Check-in is straightforward, the team at the front desk is friendly and keeps things moving, and the clinic itself is calm and tidy. My appointments have run on time, and I leave knowing what happens next. Dr. Nancy Samson has been excellent as my doctor. She really listens, doesn’t rush, and talks through options in plain language. I always feel respected and comfortable asking questions.
