If your family doctor works at our office please call 613-599-5599 at 8:30am Monday -Friday, 3:30pm Monday-Thursday or 9:00am Saturday to book an appointment. I have always had a great experience at this clinic. Dr. Connelly & Dr. Smith especially have the best bedside manner I've ever seen in doctor’s and I never feel less judged talking about my problems. Dr. Samson is absolutely wonderful as well, listens to her patients and is very kind. My only problem is the time it takes to get a booked appointment, but that is pretty standard across Canada right now, and I have been given walk-in appointments with no longer than a 30-minute wait when I need dire service. I've been with Dr.Ceapchi for years and she's wonderful. Always listens to my concerns without being dismissive. Staff has been nice and helpful.
