Always good service from both parts and service departments.
Very Disappointed with the service team. I had made a tire warranty claim with them in April and I did not receive the money for the claim for months. I had to contact the 3rd party warranty myself and ask them to give the money to me directly because the Kanata Mazda service team were taking too long to process the claim on there side. I filed the claim with them in April and I got the money back end of August and that’s only because I had contacted the 3rd party warranty company myself.
