I visited the dealership recently for buying a used vehicle from their inventory. Sales consultants were helpful. Due to few errors, I did not end up buying the car. But they were kind enough to agreeing to refund my deposit. They understood my genuine concern and evaluated my request. I am thankful to them since it was my first time experience in car sales purchase.i would recommend this dealership if you want to buy Mazda.
Just bought my first car here and I could not be happier! The staff is so nice, they gave me a deal on the car I wanted, and had it ready for me quickly over the Christmas holidays. The day I picked it up the battery died, I brought it back the next day and they replaced it at no charge in less than an hour on New Years Eve. Can’t complain especially because I bought a Subaru at a Mazda dealership. All around great service and staff! December 2025 update - Another 5 star review for Kanata Mazda! Over 3 years since I bought my CX-30 at Kanata Mazda and I'm being treated like a customer who just purchased the car.
