Rented here for a few years and they honestly don't care about anyone who's under a certain age, almost all of the issues are ignored or you're told to just suck it up... I've even had to call the cops a few times about some neighbours and when I notified them, they couldn't even be bothered with it.
Stayed for 2 years - great location, well managed and maintained. The building manager Tina is awesome! Barbeque on the Terrace & Party hall are very nice add-ons to the facilities and great for entertaining guests. Gym on the premises definitely helped to be regular. All in all a great residential facility. Highly recommend Brigil Kanata Lakes! We are only leaving because need more space to fit our needs and are super sad to go. Thanks Tina & Greg!
The worst. -3 out of 10 giving this company a 1 star is far to high. Cheap quality building, feels like its going to collapse. Facilities are low quality, extra features oversold & poorly managed, entire complex sucks.
