Absolutely fabulous! Joyce was a pleasure to work with, kept the process easy and quick, ascertained needs and didn't waste time, she's a treasure. Building has modern conveniences and upgraded features, all inclusive, excellent location, well maintained, well thought out to maximize space and living comfort. Underground parking, lockers, clean common areas, trash and recycling easy to access, wonderful walking trails, plenty of shopping nearby with highway access. Everything I wanted and needed, so happy to be settled in.
great place to live... been here 3 years & my dad liked it so much he moved into the building on Earlton. everything is included which is great. super responsive management... sometimes they come that day to fix the issues. only thing is they installed crappy A/C units that usually need to be repaired each summer. otherwise is very well kept and very quiet... i never notice my neighbours.
