Have owned multiple Ford trucks and vehicles between myself and my family, and now providing an updated review for just service, as we continued to be treated very well by the service team. Jason in service has become my go to guy for anything, and will also be getting my Subaru for any non-dealer service items. Been going to Kanata Ford for almost 10 years and will continue to do so.
Wouldn't recommend Kanata Ford Service. 2019 f150. I brought it in a few months before my warranty ended as a knock developed whenever I accelerated. I also reported that the transmission felt like ot slipped on takeoff. I paid $488 for them to say the knock was my tonneau cover bars and that they reset the transmission. Charged me for 2 different diagnostics and additional labour. It wasn't the tonneau cover bars and after 3000km of driving the knock/slip didn't dissappear. It only became worse. Im actually speechless. I went there to buy a new ford f150 and trade my current car. I went around 545pm. I waited 30 min for someone to come help me, no problem i didnt make an appointment. Then the person who helped me was also trying to help someone else. Okay no problem, he was very helpful. We went for a test drive on a 2024 as they didnt have any 2025 available.
