The experience was as pleasant as could be considering I was going for a root canal after an accident. The staff were very friendly and did everything possible to keep patients comfortable and at ease. As for the procedure, it was not as expected. You always hear how horrible root canals are but the needle for the numbing agent was the worst part. Dr. D’Addario was very friendly, knowledgeable, straight forward, and did an amazing job. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Thank you so much for redoing my root canal. The professionalism, the thoroughness and the expertise was recognized. His office is very well organized, the staff are very friendly and welcoming and clear policies and procedures provided and explained. I am grateful for this appointment and in the future will visit as needed and highly recommend to all.

I must say I’m extremely disappointed with the “assistants” provided by Lisa when I called this morning. I had a simple inquiry and she rushed me along the entire time. I felt like she wasn’t very understanding, welcoming or friendly at all. For me to go out of my way to leave a review is saying something. Because of the way you spoke to me today I don’t think I ever want to do business with your office again. I hope your phone calls are recorded and your boss reviews it.

I was very very nervous but the superior talent and calming nature in the whole office worked their magic. Not saying it was the most fun I’ve ever had but it wasn’t the worst 😀. The doc and dental assistant were so wonderfully calming and made me feel they really cared. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
