I must say I’m extremely disappointed with the “assistants” provided by Lisa when I called this morning. I had a simple inquiry and she rushed me along the entire time. I felt like she wasn’t very understanding, welcoming or friendly at all. For me to go out of my way to leave a review is saying something. Because of the way you spoke to me today I don’t think I ever want to do business with your office again. I hope your phone calls are recorded and your boss reviews it.
I was very very nervous but the superior talent and calming nature in the whole office worked their magic. Not saying it was the most fun I’ve ever had but it wasn’t the worst 😀. The doc and dental assistant were so wonderfully calming and made me feel they really cared. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
This was my third visit to Kanata Endodontics in the last two years. Dr. D'Addario and his staff continue to provide a very high quality dental care service. Thank you.
