Sam went out of his way to give me my meds even though they were closing up. He is a hard worker and compassionate. I am only going to Kanata Compounding from now on.
It took a few days for a common medication I ordered to be ready. They never initiated any conversation to solve this problem. I had to reach out by phone or go in person even just to discover they run out of meds/ the shipment was delayed/ order still not filled yet. With all other pharmacies I had, things like this never happened. Meds either got automatically refilled on time, or a few hours in advance, when I scheduled a pick up. Very friendly staff who genuinely provide client-focused service. I recently discovered that the pharmacy offers a walk-in virtual care service, allowing you to consult with a physician online, and the visit is covered by OHIP. It's a great option when you need medical advice and can't reach your family doctor or regular healthcare provider.
