Kanasta caravan park was lovely! We stayed for 3 nights, and we were very well taken care of. There was 2 tvs with netflix, plenty of cutlery and crockery, sugar and salt, and also milk in the fridge. There was a hairdryer provided also, which was very useful. When we needed a place to store our luggage after check out time, they provided it to us free of charge, and even arrived at our cabin early in the morning to show us how to use the stove. Next to Rye beach. Caravan Park is hidden in between the residential area. More of Retro caravans. Small park with a play area and games room. Nice and cosy.
Stayed to visit the nearby hot springs and it is in such a great location, walking distance to the Main Street of Rye. Best part is it’s dog friendly which we struggled to find in this area with a caravan. This park is mostly cabins but they can accept some caravans to get in! The owner and all the staff were lovely. The park bathrooms were clean, and looked to be newly renovated, kind of like a hidden gem. They had a games room with arcade games, pool and ping pong tables plus an outdoor play area for kids.
TOPS!!!!
We stayed here with our dog in a cabin and found the park very well run and people running it very friendly and helpful.
