I just happened to find this company by fluke as the one I was going to order wasn't in stock for almost a month. I'm very glad I did, they have great systems perfect for our Canadian weather that operate in -30. Anytime I've had a question or some sort of challenge in my DIY Journey they were there assisting with with zero delays. My system is up and running took me nothing but a couple of hours and now I got oh sweet hot air. Thanks Kanartic!

Pre purchase I had a number of questions in regard to DIY units. Online chat answered very quickly to my inquiries. I was especially pleased they would cover the warranty on permitted self wire of the electrical service to the unit. Have not ordered yet but intend to shortly. Follow up review: I now have 9000 btu unit installed and it is up and running. Have not had any very cold weather yet but at +4C it puts out lots of heat.
