We have purchased accessories and had service done at KANAR in the past. The service was always done well, and the staff were very helpful. Recently we found ourselves needing to sell our travel trailer due to purchasing a larger one. We live in a larger city in South Texas with access to other RV facilities but our dealings with KANAR have built trust. We placed it on consignment. Since we purchased our RV, I have been going to Kanar for all of my RV needs. The staff there is very knowledgeable, very courteous, and are willing to work with you to find anything that you need to make your RVing experience a pleasurable event. Kanar RV Sales is located just right outside of Brownwood Texas. While staying in Brownwood, I noticed that my awning cover had blown off. I had called carefree, yawning, and they could ship me a new cover, but we were leaving before the cover could arrive, also they wanted $54 plus shipping. I visited Kennar and met their Parts manager Sarah Sarah was able to order the part have it shipped the next day and it only cost me $25. Had a problem that I paid way too much money for that came back still broken and I was blamed for doing something wrong. Could never get a straight answer. Also came back with other parts broken that were not broken when I took it in. They close it up never showing you their work and that it is function correctly. Luckily I opened the main door and saw that my bedroom window was left open with the screen off. Doors were left unsecured for when they had been inside. Found a travel trailer online and it happened to be Kanar. We live in Abilene about 80 miles from the establishment but we're really interested in the trailer. Got there and we fell in love with the trailer. We bought the trailer and they worked on getting it ready to take with us so we didn't have to come back to pick it up.
