I purchased my 2024 Coleman RV trailer from the most Professional, courteous, caring dealership around. From first visit to driving away with my RV, one of the best experiences I have ever had. 👍👍👍
They were very nice and helpful until I tried to return a 50 Amp RV cord that hadn't even been opened. In their defense they have a no return policy on electrical and plumbing supplies. But the only reason I know this that they pointed it out to me that it was on the invoice in small print, but of course I didn't get the invoice until after I had paid for the $300 cord. Customer service should not end at the point money exchanges hands.
It’s been a little over a month since I picked up my RV, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I’m from Houston and found the perfect 30-foot travel trailer at Kanar. I hate to even leave a negative review, especially since most of the other reviews seem positive, but we had a really disappointing experience. My husband stopped in for help and was only there for maybe five minutes total. When he asked for assistance, the lady at the front immediately said they “couldn’t help” without offering any explanation or alternative. If you read the reviews, you will see one constant theme, Robert and Kim treat you like family. Recently, they helped us navigate a complete outside metal replacement on our camper due to hail. It was a nightmare dealing with getting parts from our manufacturer, but the service department knocked it out of the park! The men in the service department were great to work with.
