I hate to even leave a negative review, especially since most of the other reviews seem positive, but we had a really disappointing experience. My husband stopped in for help and was only there for maybe five minutes total. When he asked for assistance, the lady at the front immediately said they “couldn’t help” without offering any explanation or alternative. We have purchased accessories and had service done at KANAR in the past. The service was always done well, and the staff were very helpful. Recently we found ourselves needing to sell our travel trailer due to purchasing a larger one. We live in a larger city in South Texas with access to other RV facilities but our dealings with KANAR have built trust. We placed it on consignment. If you read the reviews, you will see one constant theme, Robert and Kim treat you like family. Recently, they helped us navigate a complete outside metal replacement on our camper due to hail. It was a nightmare dealing with getting parts from our manufacturer, but the service department knocked it out of the park! The men in the service department were great to work with. Since we purchased our RV, I have been going to Kanar for all of my RV needs. The staff there is very knowledgeable, very courteous, and are willing to work with you to find anything that you need to make your RVing experience a pleasurable event.
