The owner was amazing at helping us with our new RV. He knew exactly what he was talking about, knew how to fix our auto leveling system, and did not hesitate to show us how to do it ourselves the next time. Even the lady who answered the phone was nice and helpful! Best service we have ever had with RV business and we've owned one for 4+ years now!
Found a travel trailer online and it happened to be Kanar. We live in Abilene about 80 miles from the establishment but we're really interested in the trailer. Got there and we fell in love with the trailer. We bought the trailer and they worked on getting it ready to take with us so we didn't have to come back to pick it up. Do NOT buy from here. My furnace,air conditioner and refrigerator all had issues when I purchased my rv from Kanar. There was tape on the drain to the refrigerator, something that should have been found before it was sold to me. The ac has visible damage under the cover, but no damage to the plastic cover. They told me I hit something. I was also told that the $2000 extended warranty would not cover it. VERY dishonest business. They charged me $300 to take the tape off of the refrigerator drain. KANAR, in an impossible situation, and a not very good position for them, worked tirelessly and with great passion to get us a new roof. They went above and beyond. They sacrificed time, effort, money to ensure me and my wife were taken care of. This was on a used camper of which they no longer carry this particular brand. If you read the reviews, you will see one constant theme, Robert and Kim treat you like family. Recently, they helped us navigate a complete outside metal replacement on our camper due to hail. It was a nightmare dealing with getting parts from our manufacturer, but the service department knocked it out of the park! The men in the service department were great to work with.
