Our family loves Kanan Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Ravenscroft and staff are friendly and compassionate. They helped our little dog recover from a coyote attack which required multiple visits and follow-ups. Their pricing is reasonable and we will continue to bring all of our pets to Kanan Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Ravenscroft, Gabrielle, and the entire team at Kanan Veterinary Hospital are absolutely amazing. They are warm, compassionate, and consistently go above and beyond for both their patients and their owners. Kanan Vet is truly the best. They have been our vet for almost 8 years now. They have seen us through multiple pet surgeries, a pet loss, and everything in between. Dr. Ravenscroft has shared in our victories and also shed tears with us - she genuinely cares. We have been going to Kanan Vet since 2021. We have 2 aged dogs that have unique medical issues. We are so grateful we found this Vet clinic! They always make sure to squeeze us in if needed, are so loving and caring to our pets, responsive to emails, and are reasonably priced. Having dogs is not cheap--and they do their best to help us as best they can with all the testing and medications we have to incur every month. Very caring office and staff!
We have gone to Kanan Veterinary Hospital (KVH) for 8-9 years with all our pets. When we first started going they were wonderful. They’re under new ownership now and are absolutely terrible. Here’s why: PURPOSEFULLY RUN UP COSTS: My dog had diarrhea for two days. Instead of prescribing an anti-diarrheal, which is what all of our veterinarians have always done, the new doctor at KVH had us buy a high-priced probiotic.
