We’ve had great experiences with this clinic in the past but our latest experience has been disappointing. Our Chewy order for our dog’s prescription diet was cancelled because the vet did not approve it all of a sudden after almost a year of them approving it. It turns out the prescription has expired and our dog needs to come in for an exam in order for them to renew her prescription. I can’t say enough good about Dr. Ravenscroft and the team there. Our very loved family dog was treated recently and passed. They handled everything with so much care and compassion. Dr. Ravenscroft communicated very well with us and treated our sweet girl with so much love. I felt like she was in such good hands in her final days and that all was done that could have been done. Her knowledge and expertise matched her care and compassion so I highly recommend her and the staff at Kanan Vet.
They have poor communications skills which makes it very hard to have a positive relationship with them. The doctor was rude and did not seem to care about a good client with four pets that were regular patients
