The worst unprofessional doctor that I ever seen. You go to a doctor hoping for empathy concerning cancer. She ask me did you not notice anything different. I responded by saying that’s why I am here to see you. What a nasty attitude and all about money and not good service. I will never visit any of digestive specialist facilities. Thanks for Cleveland Clinic and if you can travel that’s where customers service is number one. You care comes first not attitudes.
Dr Sharma and the staff were great.
I have known Dr. Sharma since her fellowship at the Dayton VA GI Department in 2013. She was excellent then regarding her diagnostic skills, kind personality, gentleness as well as her scoping skills with EDG and colonoscopy. I had my every five year scopes yesterday April .6, at her Springboro clinical facility and the way it’s set up is awesome inspiring great confidence in patients even in the pandemic.
